Virtual Rewards Power Successful Loyalty Program

We all know it’s important to keep consumers engaged in your loyalty program. What’s not as obvious is how to do it.  Giving consumers a voice to choose what channel they want to interact with your brand is key.  Maybe they like having their reward in hand to bring into the store, or they just might be a smart phone user - one of the millions of online shoppers each year – that prefers the convenience of virtual rewards.  Either way, you have to engage them both.
