Position:   Data Services Technician
Shift:   1st Shift

Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction for internal and external clients and meeting production and scheduling expectations while maintaining the highest level of quality and accuracy.  Key responsibilities; perform general database management functions; utilize and execute complex data processing tasks and mailing applications utilizing Smart Addresser software; Mail List Acquisition; Variable Document Composition and Management; Support Call Center functions during seasonal high call volumes.  Degree in Computer Science or related field – minimum 5 years experience in industry related field to be considered in lieu of degree.
